What should I do when one of my earbuds can’t pair with another one?

Solution :

1.Long press the touch area of both earbuds until the indicator goes out to turn them off and then return them to case.

2.Delete/Forget the Airbuds 3 from the bluetooth connection list of your phone.

3.Take out the earbuds and turn on the bluetooth on your phone to rediscover the Airbuds 3 and tell us it again.

Why one of my earbuds can’t be charged or turned on?

If you can’t charge, please press the earbuds to touch the bottom of the charging case for 10S to let the earbuds charge, then plug in the Type-C cable with the charging case to charge, and try to press the earbuds several times to let them charge!If it still can’t be charged, just tell us to get a new one.
