Dual Charging: The intelligent dual LCD battery charger efficiently charges two different types of battery packs simultaneously, whether they run on 14.4V or 7.4V. It offers the flexibility to charge one or two batteries at the same time. The intelligent control MCU automatically identifies the number of batteries on the charger and sets the appropriate voltage, preventing overcharge. You can manually select the charging current mode, choosing between boost or standard.
Charging Technologies: Intelligent charging systems combine the charger’s control systems with the battery’s electronics for precise charging. For safety with high-capacity batteries, a pre-charging stage starts with low current. If the battery voltage doesn’t rise, it may indicate a short circuit. Lithium batteries are effectively charged using the constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV) method. When nearly empty, constant current is applied until the battery’s voltage reaches a maximum, then the charger switches to constant voltage and reduces the current. Charging stops once the battery is fully charged.
LCD Dysplay: A large LCD screen offers a clear and precise display of the charging status. The USB output and DC 12V input display show the charging mode in use, giving you a clear understanding of how your battery is being charged. The blue color backlight feature enables easy reading in the dark.
Boost Charging Mode: The Boost Charging button activates High Speed Charging. In this mode, the charger delivers 1.5A per battery slot or 0.8A per two slots. Standard Charging Mode provides 1A per slot or 0.5A per two slots. When Boost Charging Mode is active, the LCD displays a boost charging icon, indicating faster battery charging to save you time when you need it most.
Charging Safety: The battery charger can simultaneously charge one or two batteries. The intelligent control MCU automatically identifies the number and voltage of the batteries, preventing overcharge, short circuits, high temperatures, and surges. Charging stops automatically when the batteries are fully charged.
Interchangeable Battery Plates: The intelligent charger features easily interchangeable battery plates, making it compatible with various battery models from world-renowned brands. This economical option allows you to charge multiple batteries with a single charger using the appropriate plate model. The charger automatically adjusts the charging voltage and current for each specific battery pack, ensuring error-free charging. NOTE: Battery plates for other battery type are NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOX and must be ordered separately.
