ICONIC DESIGN: The electric food slicer is made of smooth lines, lack of edges, high performance materials and all the finishing in the peculiar Berkel red. Features casting made out of a single mold obtaining absence of gaps and transparent techno polymer plate guard for perfect visibility during cutting operations.
USER FRIENDLY: Features professional push buttons with LED indicators. Gauge plate inclined at 38° to facilitate the passage of the product and the fall of the slice. Wide pusher to tightly fix the product on the plate. Steel deflector with facilitated magnetic coupling
PRECISE: Equipped with a gauge plate opening knob that allows up to 14 millimetric adjustment positions for an accurate regulation of slice thickness. This allows for the highest precision in slice thickness adjustment.
SAFETY FEATURES: Complete closure of the gauge plate for maximum safety during cleaning operations and CE Block to prevent its opening when the plate is out of place. Fully IP67 sealed control panel and food-grade silicone gaskets on each exposed part.
