How to save the brightness setting?

The monitor will automatically save all settings when displaying witha USB-C connection or HDMl connection. But if the device cannot provide enough power for this monitor, it will automatically reset the brightness to 30.

My laptop and monitor are connected with a type c to type c cable, showing “No Signal” , how can i solve it?

The usb type c interface needs to support Thunderbolt 3. Please confirm whether your laptop supports Thunderbolt 3. Otherwise your laptop can’t transmit signal via usb c to usb C cable.

My Android phone is equipped with aType c port, but it doesn’t work with this monitor?

1. If your phone can’t power the monitor, connect the monitor to a wall charger and the phone with another USB-C cable.

2. Some phones, like Google Pixel, only charge via Type-C and don’t support video. Use an Android to HDTV cable for mirroring.
