I’m a New Hooper, What Size Should I Get?

This is EASIER than you would think. For a beginner hooper or if you want to get exercise, the 38″ – Regular hoop will work for *almost everyone.

If you are 180+ pounds or very full-bodied, I’d recommend the 42″ – X-Large.

What About Hoop Weight? I Hear Heavier is Better?

A heavier hoop/larger hoop is easier to start with, BUT you won’t get as good a workout from a lighter hoop like ours. Our Beginner hoops weigh 1.3 pounds.

A heavier hoop means that you are working less to keep it going, as it carries it own weight. 2+ pounds is dangerous to your health
