How we got our start The Anchor gym was forged out of necessity & survival. Finding a fitness system that could anchor all gym accessories was impossible. Rather than settle for less, we decided to invent one! Each Anchor Gym 7-Prong Accessory Rack measures 3-inches by 17-inches. Each rack contains seven 3.5-inch prongs.
EASY TO INSTALL: Recommended mounting height: 6.5-feet. This puts the prongs above head level for most people. Mounting holes spaced at 16″ on center for extra strong stud mounting. Accessory Rack Mounting comes with stud wall/drywall hardware included. PDF mounting instructions on company site. Accessories not included
